‘Sweet little Sanad’: Heartbreak for ‘sweet boy’ crushed to death at St Lucy’s school

Friends of two young parents who lost their only child during a tragic incident at St Lucy’s School in northern Sydney this week have shared an emotional tribute.
Ten-year-old Sanad Shahriar lost his life on Wednesday afternoon in a lift accident on the school’s grounds.
The young boy, described as “beautiful”, was the only child of Hasan Shahriar, a Sydney engineering manager, and Dr Yasmin Haque, a GP.
